Investigation report on interpersonal relationship in college students' dormitory (selected 13)

In life, reports are used more and more times, so we should pay attention to the integrity of the content when writing reports. You get dizzy when you hear writing a report? The following is a survey report on interpersonal relationship in college students' dormitory, which I collected and arranged for reference only. Welcome to reading.

Investigation Report on Interpersonal Relations in College Dormitories 1 1. Investigation Background

Entering the 2 1 century, the rapid development of internet and communication technology has brought commerce into a brand-new stage. With the popularity of computers, online shopping, a convenient and fast shopping form, has been accepted by many people. As the most sensitive group to the Internet, college students are more likely to accept online shopping and form a certain climate among them. In order to understand the current situation of college students' online shopping more clearly, this online shopping survey of college students was conducted.

Second, the purpose of the investigation

1. Understand the online consumption potential, consumption tendency, consumption structure and consumption situation of domestic school consumption.

2. Motivation, which provides sufficient basis for us to further develop and subdivide the college student market.

3. Understand the disadvantages of online shopping and provide the basis for solving them.

4. Provide basis for improving online shopping.

5. Understand the development prospect of online market.

Third, the survey method

1. Considering the actual situation, classify the respondents. First of all, according to the classified survey of e-commerce and non-e-commerce majors, the number of students in each grade will also be drawn in the same proportion.

2. The implementation of the survey is to issue a questionnaire survey, and each respondent fills in the questionnaire face to face for investigation.

Four. Investigation content and forecast

The survey surveyed 250 people. Among the 250 valid questionnaires, 105 people have no online shopping experience, accounting for 42%, and 145 people have no online shopping experience, accounting for 58%.

Analysis of students with online shopping experience;

(1) For college students who choose online shopping, we investigated and analyzed their reasons for choosing online shopping, as well as the views and current situation of online shoppers. This paper mainly analyzes the problems and reasons of the respondents and online shopping itself, and puts forward opinions and suggestions through analysis.

Very few people fill in other answers in the questionnaire, such as: surrounding environment, saving time, etc. However, it can be concluded from Table 2 that the low price is the main reason for college students' online shopping. Secondly, shopping convenience is the main reason why college students choose online shopping.

(B): For college students who choose to shop online, I investigate and analyze the websites that choose to shop. Of all the people surveyed, 34.8% chose Taobao as their shopping website. Secondly, 12% people choose Paipai.com as their shopping website. It can be concluded that Taobao is the main online shopping website for college students.

(3) For college students who choose online shopping, I conducted a survey on the choice of online shopping products.

Of all the people surveyed, 22.40% bought clothes online. Secondly, 4.8% people choose online products for daily use, and 8% respondents choose online products and other products. It can be concluded that college students are the main consumers of clothes sold online.

(d) For college students who choose online shopping, I investigated the solutions to the online shopping problem.

Among all the people surveyed, 2 1.2% will choose to negotiate with the merchants to solve the problem when shopping online. There are also 9.2% people who think they are unlucky.

(5) Investigation on online shopping choice of logistics mode.

Of all the people surveyed. Among the people who choose logistics mode in online shopping, 26% will choose express delivery company, followed by 6.50% who choose EMS. The selection rate of surface mail has also reached 5.2%, which is close to EMS.

(6) Relevant surveys on the monthly consumption of online shoppers.

Among the people surveyed, the monthly consumption of online shopping is around 50 yuan. The number of people who spend 50- 100 yuan a month has also reached 44. It is concluded that there is still much room for improvement in college students' online shopping consumption.

Analysis of students without online shopping experience;

(1) For college students who have not chosen online shopping, we have never chosen online shopping. Is there an online shopper's opinion and current situation of online shopping?

6 1.40% students who have no shopping experience have never done online banking. It can be concluded that the lack of online banking is a restrictive factor for many people not to buy online.

52% of the students who have no online shopping experience are due to the seller's credit, followed by after-sales service. The network security has reached 34%, which is a factor that cannot be ignored.

(B) Investigate the reasons that affect online shopping.

(3) Assuming that online shopping is safe, whether online shopping will be chosen for investigation.

It can be seen that 6 1.20% people will choose online shopping in the future, indicating that there is still a lot of room for development in the online market.

Verb (abbreviation of verb) survey summary

(1) Through the statistics and analysis of the data found on the Internet and the data not found on the Internet, we can draw the following conclusions:

1, online shopping accounts for 42% of all students, and there is an expanding trend. This proportion is about 20% higher than that of Chinese netizens, which shows that college students are more likely to accept online shopping as a novel and fast shopping method, and they will be the main force of online consumption in the future.

2. Students who have bought online generally think that online shopping has the advantages of cheap price, convenient shopping, complete goods and freshness. This will attract more college students to do online shopping.

3. There are many factors that affect students' online shopping, both subjective and objective, but the most important thing is the concern about safety and credit.

There are many goods on the Internet, but clothing is the main product consumed by college students. The clothing industry will develop further in the future.

5. Many online shoppers choose express delivery, followed by EMS. Many people choose express delivery because the price of EMS is too high. Logistics has become an important factor restricting e-commerce.

6. The main website chosen by online shoppers is Taobao, followed by pat. It can be seen that Taobao and Paipai are the main platforms for the development of BtoC e-commerce.

7. From the data of online shopping and non-online shopping, it can be seen that although college students' online shopping spending power is limited, the consumption group with this new concept has a high proportion of shopping, and they dare to try online shopping e-commerce and have a high degree of recognition. E-commerce is a very promising industry.

(B) College students online shopping problems and countermeasures

According to the above analysis, we put forward some preliminary views and suggestions on some problems found in college students' online shopping:

1, network security has become an important obstacle to online behavior. Relevant websites should try their best to improve, strengthen the construction and publicity of website publicity facilities, and let consumers know the main security mechanisms and functions adopted by e-commerce websites. Try to dispel people's concerns about safety.

2. Credit is another important issue that people worry about in online shopping. Strengthen the construction of credit mechanism, standardize the application of identity authentication and identification technology, and let people know about online credit mechanism through publicity and education. It is of practical significance to standardize credit evaluation by legal means to promote the development of online shopping.

Investigation report on interpersonal relationship in college dormitory 2 "The sunshine is always after the storm, please believe that there is a rainbow ..."

The short and arduous 15-day summer social practice came to an end with the curtain of the party slowly falling. These days, 13 of us have been depressed and crying; But we believe, as the lyrics say, as long as we work hard together to spend that dark day, the sunshine will greet us with the most brilliant attitude. ...

As we all know, the current employment situation is very severe, and the employment problem of fresh graduates affects the hearts of the party and the country. "In 20xx, the employment situation of college students in China is still grim!" Zhang Xiaojian, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, gave such a judgment when analyzing the employment situation in 20xx at the 20xx National Conference on Employment of College Graduates held not long ago: College graduates have increased a lot, and the pressure is great, so the overall situation of job demand in the whole job market has become more tense. According to official data, the number of college graduates in China surged to 4 1.3 million in 20xx, an increase of 750,000 over last year, with an increase of 22%. Only 49.8 1% of the total number of college graduates have signed contracts and are interested but not signed contracts.

In order to further understand the employment situation of college students, and to help us college students learn more about employment information and future school planning, our practice team decided to go into Yueqing, Wenzhou, the source of the development of private enterprises in Wenzhou, and go into local private enterprises, large and small, to interview previous college graduates and business executives in enterprises and collect more and more comprehensive first-hand information from them.

In the practice of 15 days, we visited a large number of enterprises, and based on Wenzhou private enterprises, investigated the employment and career development of previous graduates, mainly Wenzhou University graduates. Moreover, the enterprises we visited basically included various industries (manufacturing, sales, service, etc. ) and various scales (Zheng Tai, Delixi and other large enterprises, as well as small labor-intensive enterprises), * * * recovered about 3,000 valid questionnaires. Therefore, we have reason to believe that the survey results obtained this time are quite credible.

Our questionnaire mainly covers the following aspects:

1, asking about the current work situation.

2. Questions about job satisfaction

3. It is a question about self-efficacy, that is, the ability to work.

4. Ask questions about self-expectation and enterprise expectation.

5. Ask questions about employment information and employment channels.

6. The influence of activities and exercises during college on employment.

7. Advantages and disadvantages of enterprise employment standards and school education.

8. To what extent does the school's career planning affect employment?

After our statistics, the following results are obtained:

I. Work situation

At present, college students are more and more rational in choosing jobs, so they can choose jobs that suit them from reality, such as the choice of work direction and job position. Now it has gradually formed a good trend to choose a job for yourself, not for your major. So far, our statistical results show that about 34% of graduates are engaged in jobs unrelated to their majors, and only 38% of graduates are engaged in jobs closely related to their majors. Moreover, from the current social development observation, a considerable number of college students choose to find jobs after graduation, find their own economic sources based on society, and then find the most suitable job for them. According to our statistics of 3000 surveys, only about 38% of graduates have never changed jobs, while about 42% of in-service college graduates have changed more than two jobs.

Second, job satisfaction.

More than half of the graduates are satisfied with their current jobs, while only about 5% are dissatisfied with their current jobs.

Among them, most of the respondents chose to live in harmony with their colleagues in the most satisfactory aspects of their current jobs, while we designed higher salaries in advance in the most dissatisfied aspects of our current jobs, which was beyond our expectation.

From this, it is not difficult to find that college graduates are more and more rational in their salary requirements, and they can make more rational judgments about themselves, and they are not blindly low or excessively pursuing high salaries. In the course of our research, a senior once said: At the beginning, I wanted my monthly salary to be1500,500 households, 500 for my own use and 500 for my savings. After years of social exploration, there is not much demand for wages. Just prove your worth.

Third, self-efficacy refers to working ability, self-expectation and expectation of enterprises.

About 97% of the graduates said that they are competent for their current jobs, but their poor practical ability and lack of certain professional skills are the main reasons for their heavy work pressure. Correspondingly, more than half of the graduates said that they want to improve their professional skills in enterprises most, while only 2 1% want to be promoted and go abroad for further study. As can be seen from the above, the graduates surveyed pay more attention to the improvement of their professional skills in their careers, rather than simply for temporary interests.

From this, we deeply understand that as college students, we must pay attention to the improvement of practical ability, participate in social practice more, do more part-time jobs related to majors, and should not be limited to books and classes, but should combine professional knowledge with practice in order to adapt to society as soon as possible in the future.

However, while attaching importance to the cultivation of practical ability, it is an important condition to actively learn professional knowledge and master professional skills in universities to create good employment conditions for themselves.

Fourth, employment information and employment channels.

Through investigation, the information that graduates are most concerned about when they graduate is the employment situation of their major and the employment standards of employers, which reach 36% and 20% respectively. It can be seen that college graduates hope to have an opportunity to communicate with employers. In addition, job-hunting skills have also become a hot spot of concern, which shows that it is really necessary for schools to offer employment guidance courses and employment guidance lectures. They said that it was easier to get employment information at that time through special employment lectures, employment guidance websites and campus job fairs. However, they also said that the actual effect of the campus job fair is not great (just like the situation reflected by the recruitment unit), the emerging online job search and traditional talent recruitment market are the main employment channels for graduates, and the employment through acquaintances, which follows the international example, also accounts for a certain proportion (this may be the limitation of our investigation in Wenzhou: some private enterprises in Wenzhou are family businesses, which may lead to a high proportion of employment through acquaintances).

Fifth, the influence of exercise on employment during college.

The results of the questionnaire survey show that about 67% of the graduates worked as student cadres during their college years, and the cultivation of expression ability (especially in interpersonal communication and business negotiation), practical ability (especially in practical business operation) and communication ability (especially in communication with leading colleagues and business negotiation) will become the most beneficial part in future work. This shows that it is of great significance to actively participate in various school activities and exercise their abilities. By being student cadres, they can gain various abilities and accumulate experience needed for future work.

Six, enterprise employment standards and the advantages and disadvantages of school education

58% of graduates think that the overall quality of individuals is the most important thing for corporate recruiters, and another 20% think that it is professional knowledge. The innovation of practical ability and the cultivation of professional knowledge and skills are considered to be the most lacking aspects of the school (which can be mutually confirmed with the above). The reputation of the school is no longer the main factor affecting employment. "Diploma-only theory" has changed to "diploma-only theory", and "talent-only theory" has gradually emerged. The innovation of corresponding practical ability and professional knowledge is considered to be the advantage of competing with others for the same position, and the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation-the spirit of hard work has also become an advantage factor. Nowadays, in the workplace, personal quality has become the dominant factor affecting job hunting. Only by laying a good foundation in school and striving to improve one's connotation and self-cultivation can one find a satisfactory job (in fact, fate has always been in one's own hands).

Seven, the impact of career planning on employment

Through the statistics of the questionnaire results, we can see that about half of the graduates said that they began to consider employment when they were sophomores and juniors, and about 10% of the people's congresses began to consider employment when they were seniors or graduated.

Among the career planning options in colleges and universities, only about 1 1% people know about career planning and know how to plan, while 59% people don't know about career planning. It can be seen that, at least among recent college graduates, most of them have a weak sense of career planning in universities. And most people say that the career development courses offered by the school are not very helpful. Only 9% graduates are satisfied with the career development guidance lectures provided by the school, but at the same time, 25% people said that there was no such service at that time. It can be seen that the course of career planning has not been popularized in colleges and universities, and the quality of the course is generally not high, which can not meet the needs of students. Offering career planning courses and related lectures to improve the quality of employment guidance should become an important task for colleges and universities.

After this summer social practice survey, I know that what college students lack most is practice, but there are few practical opportunities in colleges and universities, which just shows the gap between mainland universities and foreign universities. At present, the reform of college education system is not strong, so we college students should make more use of their spare time in college life, go into the society and practice more, and cultivate their practical ability. While cultivating practical ability, we should also consolidate our professional foundation and other related knowledge, so as to do more accurate social practice in the summer of 20xx before entering the society and our career. The summer internship is almost over. Looking back on the short and substantial internship life, college students will always have many feelings. Through different summer exercises, college students can not only know the society and exercise ability, but also experience different practical experiences.

In recent years, enterprises pay more and more attention to the practical ability of college students, and whether they have participated in social practice has become a ruler for enterprises to select talents. Facing the employment pressure of fierce competition, college students also take the initiative to walk out of the ivory tower and participate in summer practice. In addition to the traditional practice methods, there are many ways for college students to practice in summer this year, and they are diversified.

"I used to feel that summer internships were just some service groups organized by schools or colleges. This year, I suddenly found that there are many ways for my classmates to participate in social practice. Some of them work part-time by contacting enterprises, and some even volunteer in Sichuan. " Wang Xue is a junior in chongqing technology and business university. Her college organized a 18 summer practice team, leading hundreds of students to all parts of the country for summer research and providing necessary services. Some go to poor mountainous areas to teach, some go deep into the countryside to understand the people's feelings, and so on.

Luo Ji, a master student majoring in communication, is also very busy this summer. "I didn't expect that I would exercise my veto at such an important meeting." Luo Ji, Assistant Director of the Bureau of Radio, Film and Television of Linshui County, Guang 'an City, Sichuan Province, took office and attended several high-end meetings of the bureau in succession. At these meetings, she still had the veto power. This summer, chongqing technology and business university sent 16 graduate students to Linshui, serving as assistant directors of 13 bureaus such as Linshui Education Bureau and Land Resources Bureau, and assistant mayors of three towns such as Dingping Town in Linshui. It is the first time for universities in Chongqing to carry out social practice in the form of temporary employment.

It is understood that on major recruitment websites, some multinational companies and well-known domestic enterprises will publish information on internships and part-time jobs. Through the screening of college students, enterprises choose college students with professional counterparts and certain abilities to participate in the production and operation of enterprises. This also provides a good way for college students to participate in summer practice.

There used to be a phenomenon that college students took part in summer practice and didn't care about the specific practice process. They only join the service group to publicize and award prizes, and go to the enterprise as a formality. This year, the author found that college students began to change their ideas, pay attention to the quality of practice, pay attention to the actual process, participate in it personally, understand the society and feel the people's livelihood, so as to improve their practical ability.

This year, the Wenchuan earthquake in Sichuan shocked the people of China, and also inspired the determination of college students to serve Sichuan and contribute to the disaster-stricken areas. Many college students give up the opportunity of holiday travel and family reunion, and actively join the ranks of volunteers to support the disaster areas. Huang Wuqiang is a college student volunteer who "supports Sichuan disaster area". Before the summer vacation, he began to prepare to form a volunteer service group. Usually, he understands the specific situation of the disaster area through the internet and television, discusses with like-minded students, and formulates the objectives, clients and implementation steps of the service group in detail. Under his careful preparation, his service group was finally approved.

After arriving at the disaster area, the situation was much more complicated than expected. The terrain in the disaster area is complex and occluded, and the aftershocks and heavy rains continue. Volunteers are in a difficult situation and have a hard life. However, they still went into remote mountainous areas with government workers to learn about the situation and distribute relief materials to the victims. "Looking at the hard life of the people in the disaster area, I often cry alone. Their life is much more difficult than reported in the news. My team and I tried our best to bring some help to every wounded and child. Back at school, we mobilized our classmates and people in the society to continue to dedicate their love to the disaster area. " Huang Wuqiang recalled the scenes in the disaster area, and there was always a lingering sense of responsibility.

There are actually many students like Huang Wuqiang who participate in summer social practice completely out of a pure heart. "Every year, society criticizes the practice of college students. In fact, college students have begun to become mature and more willing to take social responsibility. This year, college students actively participated in the activities of serving the countryside, serving the grassroots, donating to the disaster areas and cheering for the Olympics, and did something for the society through their own meager strength, which reflected the responsibility of contemporary college students. " Mr. Yang Aidong is one of the social practice instructors in many universities. He is happy to see the changes in college students' thoughts and behaviors. Nowadays, college students have become more pragmatic and dedicated. During their service, they worked hard and asked for nothing in return. Should we have more understanding and support for them?

Investigation report on interpersonal relationship in university dormitory III. A small dormitory is the most direct place for college students to participate in interpersonal communication, and it is also a small yardstick to measure college students' interpersonal communication ability, mental health and behavior. Therefore, it is of great and far-reaching significance to study the interpersonal relationship in college dormitory for the improvement of college students' personality and mental health.

Those college students who live in dormitories that do not form a good, cooperative and harmonious psychological atmosphere often show the characteristics of depression, sensitivity, self-defense and difficulty in cooperation, while those who live in dormitories with harmonious peer relations are happy, pay attention to their studies and grades, be willing to communicate with others and be helpful.

The dormitory for college students is the community with the most concentrated students and the longest detention time. It is the main place for students to rest, exchange ideas, communicate information and convey emotions. It is also an important position for the construction of college students' interpersonal relationship, but it is also a high-incidence area of interpersonal tension and a distribution center of major contradictions. A survey of interpersonal relationships in college dormitories in Chengdu shows that 60% of students think they have people they dislike the least, and 33% of students think that dormitory roommates can't care about each other and get along well with each other.

At this stage, the interpersonal disharmony in college dormitory has the following manifestations:

1, jealousy, suspicion and other unhealthy psychological tensions.

In universities, some students stand out in some aspects, such as looks, abilities, grades and so on, which often become the focus of students' attention. If you don't pay attention to your words and deeds at ordinary times, it is easy to cause jealousy and suspicion of your classmates, which will lead to interpersonal tension. On the other hand, in various awards, scholarships, difficult subsidies and so on. When it comes to students' immediate interests, some students with strong utilitarian heart or sensitive personality sometimes resent or even envy others' interests because they can't share interests, thus affecting the harmony of roommates.

2. The psychological gap and emotional barriers caused by the gap between the rich and the poor.

With the popularization of higher education, the economic situation of college students' families varies greatly. Some students' families are superior, spending more than 1000 yuan per month, while some students from remote rural areas don't even have basic living security. Under the influence of long-term living environment, these two groups of people have great differences in world outlook, values and outlook on life, and often have frictions on some viewpoints. Students with better economic conditions tend to have a sense of superiority, and sometimes students with poor families are more likely to feel inferior and sensitive, so it is easy for these two types of people in the dormitory to form hostile fronts.

3. Bad habits of personal disharmony.

In the dormitory of collective life, some students pay little attention to personal hygiene, smoke casually and never fold the quilt, the bed is dirty and messy, things are littered, socks and clothes are worn without washing, playing football sweating, not taking a shower, often forgetting to flush the toilet when going to the toilet, and collective hygiene never cares about their own enjoyment. These bad habits sometimes lead to conflicts between roommates. Some students have disordered work and rest, often lighting candles, reading books, chatting and playing computer games in the middle of the night. These activities at inappropriate times infringe on the rights of roommates, and sometimes become the fuse of interpersonal disharmony in dormitory.

4. Inappropriate love leads to the alienation of roommates' feelings.

It is normal to fall in love in college, but if you can't coordinate the relationship between love, study and life, then falling in love can easily lead to the tension of roommate relationship. Some students who are unconscious always like to hide in bed for a long time in the middle of the night and make phone calls. In this environment, the intensification of interpersonal relationship in dormitory is inevitable.

5. Narrow "dependent" interpersonal contradictions caused by excessive intimacy.

Communication between people needs to keep a moderate distance. Too intimate communication takes up the time and space for others to communicate with others, which leads to boredom. In dormitory life, some students have poor independence and are too dependent on others, so they should follow others in their study, life and spare time. This narrow "dependent" interpersonal communication destroys the basic principles of interpersonal communication. Over time, with the accumulation of boredom, contradictions will gradually arise.

6. Small groups destroy interpersonal relationships in the dormitory.

Some dormitory students are too competitive and vain, and like to form small groups in the dormitory, regardless of other people's feelings and isolate others. If this situation continues for a long time, it will easily lead to depression in the dormitory atmosphere, which in turn will lead to tension in interpersonal relationships in the dormitory.
