How to take the exam for public institutions in Jiangyuan District, Baishan City, Jilin in 2023

The examination adopts two methods: a combination of written examination and interview (position number: No. 1-5) and direct interview without written examination (position number: No. 6-33). It is administered by Baishan City, China The organization department of the Jiangyuan District Committee and the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Jiangyuan District, Baishan City are unified.

(1) Written test

1. Written test time: The specific time and location of the written test will be notified by the recruiting unit or its competent department after the registration is completed.

2. Written test subject: "General Knowledge".

The full score of the written examination is 100 points, and there is no passing score.

3. Applicants with a bachelor’s degree or above are exempt from the written test. When the number of applicants for the same position without written examination exceeds the maximum number of interviews in one working day (generally 40 people), a written examination will be added as appropriate. The written examination subject is "General Knowledge". Candidates for interview are determined based on the written test scores in a 1:3 ratio from high to low. The written test scores are not weighted as the total score. The candidate's score is based on the final interview score.

(2) Interview

Based on the characteristics of the industry, major and position, interviews will be conducted in a flexible manner using structured, professional Q&A, practical operations and other methods. The specific interview time, location, method, requirements, etc. will be stated in the "Interview Notice".

The interview score is out of 100 points, and the passing mark is 60 points. Interview results will be announced on the spot.
