Teaching support refers to an education and teaching management work that supports primary and secondary schools in backward areas. China Education Aid Information Center is committed to calling on people to improve the education situation in poverty-stricken areas in China by participating in public welfare activities such as teaching organized by NGOs. Teaching for China belongs to the International Rural Education Research and Training Center of UNESCO. Its mission is to cultivate leaders who promote education equity, send and support outstanding college graduates to teach in rural schools for two years, provide continuous and systematic training, cultivate and assemble outstanding talents who care about education, and help young volunteers realize their dreams and grow up while improving the quality of rural children's education. The national plan for college students' voluntary service in the western region is jointly organized and implemented by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Personnel. Since 2003, a certain number of college graduates have been recruited every year to engage in voluntary services in education, health, agricultural technology, poverty alleviation and the construction and management of youth centers in poverty-stricken counties and towns in western China for 1-2 years. After the expiration of volunteer service, encourage them to take root at the grass-roots level, or choose their own jobs or move around for employment. Friendship camp teaching is a non-governmental teaching organization. Since 2006, we have recruited volunteers over the age of 18 and advocated that everyone can teach.

[Personal Conditions of Teaching Teachers]

1. Good health, no bad habits.

2. At least 18 years old.

3. College degree or above, graduated from normal school or with relevant work experience is preferred.

4. Good physical quality, strong adaptability, hard-working, caring and responsible.

5. Have team spirit, easy to get along with, be good at communicating with others and obey team management.

6. Have a certain economic foundation and be able to bear all the expenses in the teaching process (accommodation is provided by local schools).

7. Students at school require junior year or above.
