Technical points: 1. Prime asphalt should be carried out after the construction of the base is over and the surface of the base is slightly dry. 3. Climatic conditions. When spraying prime asphalt, the surface temperature of base course shall not be lower than 10℃. When the strong wind affects the spraying effect or it is about to rain, check the spraying conditions before spraying the prime asphalt. 4. After spraying prime asphalt at the grass-roots level, vehicles should be prohibited from passing through until the prime asphalt is dry, so as to prevent pedestrians and vehicles from damaging the prime asphalt.
2) Construction of adhesive layer
Technical points: Before the construction of the bonding layer, clean the lower surface and keep it clean. When the construction site temperature is lower than 10 degrees Celsius or the bottom surface is wet, viscous asphalt shall not be sprayed. The asphalt of bonding layer should be sprayed by asphalt distributor, and the appropriate nozzle, spraying speed and spraying amount should be selected. Where spraying is impossible, technicians should operate and spray the cloth evenly to ensure that there is asphalt on the bonding surface. After spraying the adhesive layer, transport vehicles and other vehicles and pedestrians are forbidden to pass, and the upper asphalt is paved as soon as possible after the adhesive layer asphalt is slightly dry. If emulsified asphalt is used in the bonding layer, demulsification, initial setting and curing should be carried out, or the diluent in the diluted asphalt is basically volatilized.

3) Seal coat construction
The upper seal coat shall be laid under the following conditions: 1. Surface asphalt has large porosity and serious water permeability; 2. Cracked or repaired old asphalt pavement; 3. Old asphalt pavement that needs to be paved with wear-resistant layer to improve anti-skid performance; 4. New asphalt pavement that needs to be paved with wear-resistant layer.
The lower seal coat shall be laid under the following conditions: 1. Located in a rainy area, the asphalt surface has a large gap and serious water seepage; 2. After paving the base, the asphalt surface can't be paved in time, so the traffic must be opened.
Key points of seal coat construction: the seal coat can be a single-layer asphalt surface treatment layer by mixing method or layering method, and it can also be sealed by emulsified asphalt slurry. Before the seal coat construction, the surface of the base should be cleaned to ensure that there is no dust on the surface of the base to avoid the distortion of the seal coat oil film. During the construction of emulsified asphalt slurry layer, the following procedures should be followed: 1. When the surface of the base is slightly dry, emulsified asphalt is paved, and asphalt particles penetrate into the base with water due to hydrophilicity; 2. Spreading aggregate: properly soak emulsified asphalt, and spread aggregate before demulsification; 3. After the aggregate is spread for a period of time, it will be rolled by a 6~8t roller, and the rolling speed will not exceed 2km/h at the beginning.
4) Asphalt surface treatment construction
Asphalt surface treatment usually adopts layered paving method, which refers to the pavement construction method of paving, paving and compacting aggregate and binder in layers. According to the number of layers of paving asphalt and mineral aggregate, asphalt surface treatment can be divided into three types: single layer, double layer and three layer. The so-called "oil before material" method generally adopts layered paving method for asphalt surface treatment construction, that is, paving a layer of asphalt first and then paving a layer of mineral aggregate. Rolling shall meet the following requirements: 1. The rolling speed should not exceed 2km/h at first, and can be increased appropriately in the future. 2. The construction methods and requirements of the second and third floors should be the same as those of the first floor, but 8~ 10t roller can be used. When emulsified asphalt is used, the second layer of crushed stone with the specification of s 12(5~ 10mm) can be used as sealing material, and then a layer of sealing material with the specification of s 14(3~5mm) can be added, and the aggregate consumption is (3.5 ~ 5.5) m3//kloc.
3. Traffic control
Asphalt surface treatment can be opened to traffic after rolling acceptance. However, in the early days of opening to traffic, special personnel should be assigned to direct traffic or set up roadblocks to control the driving route of vehicles.
4. Initial maintenance
Initial maintenance should be carried out after asphalt surface treatment construction. When oil stain is found, caulking materials should be added to the oil stain. The caulking materials have the same specifications as the last layer of stone and should be swept evenly. When there are too many floating aggregates, the pavement should be cleaned, and the aggregates that have stuck in place should not be distinguished.
