In order to enrich the students' extracurricular life, our school held a four-day recruitment of clubs. As an important organization to enliven campus cultural life, student associations are the second classroom for our college students and a stage for students to display their potential and self. 3. Specific division of labor and reasonable arrangement. Before the activity began, the team leader had allocated the labor tasks reasonably. For example, the boys in our club department are responsible for moving things, and the girls are responsible for keeping records; At the same time, pay attention to the coordination of working hours, such as taking turns on duty.

4. The leaders of various societies sincerely, enthusiastically and patiently explain to the freshmen.

At work, I know more about orders, lack initiative, and am not good at reading words and expressing feelings.
