Decision of Liaoyuan Municipal People's Government on Amending the Measures for the Implementation of the Basic Old-age Insurance for Landless Farmers in Liaoyuan City

Liaoyuan Municipal People's Government has decided to make the following amendments to the Measures for the Implementation of the Basic Old-age Insurance for Land-expropriated Farmers in Liaoyuan City (Decree No.83 of the municipal government) issued on May 8, 20 13:

Article 4 is amended as "Farmers whose land has been expropriated within the whole city, who have reached the age of 16, shall be insured in accordance with these Measures after being confirmed by the village collective and relevant departments.

After the land is expropriated, the land is reallocated; These measures are not applicable to the landless peasants whose household registration has moved out of our municipal area after enjoying the land acquisition and resettlement fees and land compensation fees.

These Measures shall apply to the payment subsidies of land-expropriated personnel who have participated in the basic old-age insurance for urban workers and enjoyed the treatment since 20 13 1. "

The measures for the implementation of the basic old-age insurance for landless farmers in Liaoyuan City shall be revised according to this decision and re-promulgated.
