The requirements for academic qualifications or degrees in the above registration conditions refer to the formal academic qualifications or degrees recognized by the national education administrative department, and the number of years of working in construction management refers to the sum of the time before and after obtaining the required academic qualifications, and the deadline is the end of the registration year.

Conditions for exemption from the first-class constructor examination:

Anyone who meets the registration conditions in the above (1) and obtained the qualification certificate of first-class project manager of construction enterprises issued by the former Ministry of Construction before 65438+February 3, 20031,and meets one of the following conditions, can be exempted from taking the two courses of construction engineering economics and construction engineering project management, and only take the courses of construction engineering regulations and related knowledge and specialty.

The original "corresponding professional examination for first-class constructor" (i.e. additional examination) is no longer a separate examination, and it is merged into the qualification examination for first-class constructor, and the level is set as "additional examination major". Please pay attention to the distinction when choosing a major. Applicants must obtain a first-class constructor qualification certificate before they can apply for the exam, and the results are valid in the current year.
