Issuance of senior technician diploma and personnel benefits of Nanjing Industrial Technical School

Students who have completed all the courses specified in the teaching plan and passed the test will be awarded an intermediate and senior technician diploma stamped by Nanjing Industrial Technical School and stamped by the provincial and municipal human resources and social security departments, as well as the corresponding Skill Level Certificate.

The Jiangsu Provincial Department of Labor and the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Personnel (now merged into the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security) issued a notice on the "Notice on the Treatment of Graduates of Advanced Technical Schools" (Su Laoxin [1998] No. 12, Su Rentong [1998] No. 98) document stipulates that the salary and benefits of senior technical graduates shall be determined by the employer based on the benefits of college graduates who participated in the work in the same period. The number of years of the probation period and trainee period, as well as the wages and graded wages during the probation period and trainee period, are all based on the wages and benefits of labor contract personnel with a college degree.
