"Celebrating March 8 to Send Work" Caring for Rural Left-behind Women

In order to cooperate with the March 8 th celebration, Wubao Town held a 20 17 special job fair for caring for left-behind women in rural areas. At the job fair, Wubao Town Party Committee and government organized 25 enterprises, provided 300 jobs, registered job seekers 156 on site, and reached an intention agreement with 82 people, which was widely praised by the society.

During this activity, Wubao Town Government also actively signed employment cooperation agreements with relevant departments and human resources professional companies in Liangjiang New Area. The two sides are expected to cooperate to recommend 200 people for employment every year, which is a powerful measure for Wubao Town to continuously increase employment, carry out accurate services and promote social and people's livelihood to a new level.

According to the relevant person in charge of Wubao Town, Wubao Town consolidated the counterpart mechanism of talent exchange, established a smooth information release channel, and did a good job in information release. The Social Security Office of Wubao Town Government entrusts relevant friendly units and functional departments to publish recruitment information and register recruitment enterprises in Yufu Industrial Park, Longxing Industrial Park and Water and Soil Industrial Park near Wubao Town.

Wubao Town also fully tapped the resources of local enterprises. In view of the characteristics of Wubao as an agricultural town, the town social security office went deep into the villages and communities under its jurisdiction, contacted local small and medium-sized enterprises and agricultural industrial companies with employment needs, and built a good employment service platform for local enterprises.
