The national professional standard for logistics engineers was compiled by China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing (the only logistics industry organization in China) entrusted by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, and was promulgated and implemented by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security in 2003 with the approval of the National Standards Committee. At present, China's logistics industry is developing rapidly, and the contradiction between supply and demand of practical logistics talents is increasingly prominent. It is an important task to speed up the education and skills training of logistics talents and standardize the education and training market of logistics talents to ensure the healthy development of China's logistics industry. Therefore, China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing, together with the National Technical Committee of Logistics Standardization, with the strong support of relevant state departments, successfully launched the professional qualification certification of logistics engineers in the whole country (including the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region) at the end of 2003 in accordance with the international practice that professional qualification certification is the responsibility of trade associations. Certification adheres to the principles of "separation of examination and training" and "six unifications", and unifies standards, unified teaching materials, unified training, unified examination, unified marking and unified certification to ensure that the certification work is standardized and orderly, and the certification process is rigorous and transparent. After passing the certification training, the trainees will be awarded the training certificate stamped by the National Technical Committee of Logistics Standardization and China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing; After passing the certification examination, the logistics professional qualification certificate will be issued. The certificate has a unified number and is used all over the country. It is the qualification certificate for workers to apply for jobs, take up posts and start businesses, the main basis for employers to recruit workers, and the effective certificate for overseas employment and foreign labor cooperation personnel to notarize their skill level. Anyone who has obtained the professional qualification certificate of logistics engineer will join the China Logistics Talent Pool for the convenience of employers.

I. Professional level:

1. Assistant Logistics Division (equivalent to national vocational qualification level 3)

2. Logistics division (equivalent to national vocational qualification level 2)

3. Senior logistics engineer (equivalent to national vocational qualification level 1)

Second, the application conditions:

For details, please refer to Supplementary Notes on the Administrative Measures for Vocational Qualification Certification of Logistics Technicians issued by China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing. Summarized as follows:

1. Logistics Department: (Only one of the following conditions needs to be met)

(1) with intermediate or above professional titles and formal training at the corresponding level;

(2) College degree, with more than three consecutive years of relevant work experience and formal training at this level;

(3) Bachelor degree, with more than one year relevant working experience and formal training at this level;

(4) Bachelor degree or above, and received formal training at this level;

(5) University graduates or graduate students who have received formal training at this level;

(6) After obtaining the qualification of assistant logistics engineer, he has more than three consecutive years of relevant work experience and received formal training at this level.

2. Assistant Logistics Division: (One of the following conditions is enough)

(1) technical secondary school (including high school) or above, and receive training at this level;

(two) engaged in this occupation for more than 5 years, and received the training at this level;

(3) Third-year college students receive this level of training.

Special instructions:

(1) Logistics or related majors can apply directly without training. "Logistics major" means that the professional name indicated in the graduation certificate (or degree certificate) held by the applicant must be named after "logistics", such as "logistics management" and "logistics engineering". "Related majors" must meet the following two requirements at the same time: 1, and the majors are e-commerce, transportation, traffic management engineering, international trade and other majors (logistics direction); 2. The courses you study must have a "Logistics" course with qualified results (transcripts stamped with the official seal of the department are required).

(2) "Related work" refers to the position where the applicant directly manages the enterprise's operation processes such as warehousing, transportation, distribution, loading and unloading, packaging, distribution processing and information management, or designs and plans its operation processes. Work experience and years are proved by the applicant's unit or signed by the unit on my training registration form and examination registration form for confirmation.

Three. Examination and training arrangements:

The assessment results of students include written test scores and practical link scores. 90% was written by the logistics assistant, and 10% was the investigation report. 80% of logistics engineers are written and 20% are papers. The written examination is a national unified examination, which was conducted three times in 2004, in March and May, 165438+ 10.

Fourth, the training content:

Logistics department:

(1) Introduction to modern logistics: logistics system and its composition, logistics cost, service, quality and standardization, third-party logistics, supply chain management and international logistics;

(2) Logistics management: logistics supply and demand investigation and analysis, procurement and procurement management, sales logistics management, logistics information management, transportation management, warehousing management and inventory control, distribution management, logistics network system, logistics facilities layout and design, warehouse planning and design, logistics cost management and control system;

(3) Logistics paper writing guidance.

Logistics Shi certification body

China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing (CFLP) is a national trade organization with legal personality, which was established with the approval of the State Council, managed by the State-owned Assets Management Committee and registered by the Ministry of Civil Affairs. The National Logistics Standardization Technical Committee is directly led by the National Standardization Management Committee, and manages and carries out its work according to the articles of association of the National Professional Standardization Technical Committee. Its main work areas are: standardization work in logistics foundation, logistics technology, logistics management, logistics service and other fields.
