How about Shiyan Ensmai factory? What about Jardine Matheson? Where's emmett?
All three of us have worked except Xinwangda.
Ensmai for half a year, Skyworth for three months and Emmett for one day (yes, one day).
Personally, I think Emmett is the real black factory. I can work in Ensmay for half a year, Skyworth for three months, and Emmett for one day. I can't stand it. Some people may think it depends on the job arrangement, but I was arranged to stand and install a net. Clap your hands with your bare hands all day, and your hands are red, even blistered, and you can't carry the glass. At 7:25 in the morning, I have an early meeting in the workshop. I will have lunch and lunch break for one and a half hours at noon, dinner for one hour in the afternoon, overtime until 22:30 in the evening, and a meeting after work. I heard that it is like this every day, and there are few holidays. It is a typical Taiwanese enterprise and slavery system. Long, the team leader always scolds the old employees, and the old employees also admit their mistakes with a sad smile. They are old uncles and women with families. They don't ask for too much justice, but only pay their wages on time. I was so anxious that my palms and foreheads were sweaty that I couldn't pretend to win. I miss one or two from time to time, and my throat is so dry that I don't even have time to drink water. After work at night, I extended a sentence at the meeting: You can leave if you can't do it! I didn't go the next day. ...
Emmett's workshop is a mess, the desktop of the assembly line is broken, there is a layer of black ash on the ground, there is no air conditioning, the dining hall is dirty, people can queue up for half an hour for lunch, and they have to pay for it themselves. I don't understand why so many people flock to such a lousy factory every day. Interviewers are very busy every day, and job hunting is like groups of tourists. Is it because China has a large population and no place to go, or do they all come to Shenzhen with the idea of getting rich? Although the salary is high, the price is high. When the boss is faced with paying a high salary, it is not an overnight thing to make the factory survive. There are two simplest and quickest ways: long shift or double shift. So when we enter a big factory, we just have to work all night or work overtime endlessly. 80% of emmett has no night shift.
A few people in Ensmai only work in the day shift, and most people work in two shifts. In my group, another colleague and I take turns to work at night. In the evening, the large workshop tests the computer by itself, and some colleagues are busy in the distant corner. I don't care about you except looking up 7 occasionally. The workload is not big, not an assembly line. If you can't find PE, stay tomorrow, as long as you finish the work, the rest of the time. Maybe I'm in a better group. It is said that some workshops are on duty all night, and there are special people in charge.
The salary is not high, about 4000 yuan, and the meal fee is per day 10 yuan. Generally speaking, we rest on Sunday, and the dormitory for 8 college students has a good workshop environment and air conditioning. Newcomers will be scolded when they first arrive. When I first came, I wanted to leave, but I chose to stay because I admired the monitor's computer skills. Later, the monitor was promoted to PE, and I became an old employee. The working atmosphere in the whole company is a bit depressing, so we can't chat at work. My colleagues around me are basically young women and old bachelors. I seldom see unmarried girls, too many, either cheap or dating. Do you want to go into the factory to find a girlfriend? A good wife and mother? It's a fantasy! It's not impossible, but we should weigh our own conditions and opportunities. Women in China are generally vain, and finding a man is also a priority. As long as they don't mind the low quality of green, there is still some fun.
On June 26th, 20 18, a knife wounding incident occurred in the workshop on the second floor of Ensmai Building A. A young man brought a knife from the outside and stabbed a technician to death on the spot, and another QC was seriously injured. Later, the young man was sent to the police station. Ensmay tried to cover up the whole incident, and the reporter went away. I saw a sign in front of the factory saying "Emergency, Building A will be closed for three days", and the rest. Without discussion, the management made no response, just as quietly as stepping on an ant. Ensmai recruits people and manages people. Ensmay is not responsible for such a thing? After that, the management style has not changed, as if it had never happened. At that time, I was really worried that one day I would walk away like this, live humbly and die humbly. The only change is to add a security check at the factory gate. It's really simple and rude, and I can't eat any snacks.
I originally planned to leave my job after the Chinese New Year, but I didn't expect the liquidation statistics at the end of 12. I brought my mobile phone into the workshop many times, recorded three big mistakes, and was directly fired! ? Before, the old employee told me that it was only a little bonus to bring a mobile phone to be registered by the security guard. Now, suddenly, the team leader is shocked. He tried some methods, but he couldn't stay. Maybe he had to lay off employees because he had to move the factory. ...
Let's talk about Skyworth. 2065438+joined the Great Wall Sub-branch in September 2009. The factory is a rented Great Wall Industrial Zone. At the end of the lease, I was forced to move because of the rent increase. Later, I moved to Heshan, Jiangmen, and I left my job.
This time, I'm a little peach blossom. I was led by a girl from Hainan. She is only 18 years old. She has fair skin, good figure, beautiful long hair and a lovely smile. In the invisible corner of the workshop, there are young people who want WeChat. Her popularity caused her cold personality, and what's more, she did some incredible things, such as knocking at the door and knocking on the address of human flesh. Some low-quality technicians always want to steal when they pass behind her. Later she told me that she liked it very much. At first, her attitude towards me was like seeing a smelly rascal, who loved to talk to me, especially her small eyes (I didn't do anything, but it was a bit obscene, and I was occupied). Later, after a long time, she thought I was honest and approachable and told me everything. ...
It is understood that Skyworth mostly works long hours. Work overtime every day when busy 12, 13 hours (until eleven o'clock in the evening), sometimes 14 hours. There is no holiday, not enough sleep time, and it is not good to ask for leave. Even going to the toilet is not an easy task. You must have a team leader or someone who knows your position to fill this position, or you will be waiting to get off work. It is said that a woman choked to incontinence, and others choked to get sick. I really can't stand it. During the work, I added the line after two or three in the morning, and went to work as usual the next day, asking for money is not fatal. When you are free, you should get off work when you should. Sometimes you have just started work for less than half an hour in the morning, and sometimes you don't know where you have been for an hour. The working hours are extremely flexible (mostly because the materials are faulty or have not been delivered yet), and the production arrangement makes people feel like a child's temperament.
Because it's a TV and a big screen, the whole piece 100 meter long is divided into three sections, each with a group leader and each with a length. There are many processes. My post is responsible for tearing screen protective film, and some models of protective film are particularly difficult to tear. Be sure to rub some flower oil on your shoulders at the end of the day, or you won't be able to lift your hands the next day. The most expensive TV set is the imager (they call it' glass'), which is as fragile as a layer of cotton. It was accidentally broken. I broke a piece when I first joined the company (alas ~). The leaders of the bank saw that I was tall and powerful and wouldn't let me sign a fine. I must have been scolded.
It's also wrapped and not eaten. There is no canteen in our factory, so we order takeout or eat out. If you work overtime, there will be five or six thousand for the whole month. The people who went in with me left me alone in less than a week. This is the case in China factory. The salary of Shiyan service industry is two or three thousand. If you want to get 5 thousand, you have to work hard to get into the factory
As for Xinwangda, I haven't been there. According to colleagues who have been there, it's not a plane, it's a rocket ... a rocket ... If you've been to Xinwangda, you might as well go to Skyworth for leisure. Some models of Skyworth are like fighting, but Xinwangda can't connect them when making batteries.
Factories in China have long day shifts or double shifts, and most of the manual labor is for price competition from the perspective of enterprises, and for reducing prices, promoting employment rate and increasing workers' income from the perspective of compensation, which is the best of both worlds. The only drawback is to sacrifice workers' spare time or health. If everyone doesn't work overtime, workers can only get the legal minimum wage for eight hours a day and two weekends. Things are scarce, and the output in that month is less, and the price naturally becomes higher. Workers' meager wages to buy expensive daily necessities will naturally become a problem, which is not conducive to economic development. The current industrial level can only be like this. China still faces many problems. The form of the future is full automation. Factories no longer need manual labor, and robots don't need to enjoy their own products. The state will make the products produced by robots meet the needs of the unemployed through macro-control. So, will everyone not have to sleep at home in the future? Definitely not. Society needs to develop and life needs to continue. Welfare is just a basic welfare, so you don't have to worry about food and clothing, and you don't have to riot for food and clothing. However, if you want more living resources (buying a house and a car), you must do something that robots can't replace. Many people compete. With a reasonable competitive environment, the level of the industry will be higher and higher, and ordinary people can also do their jobs with peace of mind (not always thinking about being a boss, eating big melons, and reaching the sky in one step). Only when the society develops can the country develop-this model is called "national welfare socialism", and it is said that some developed countries in Europe have begun to do so.
These are all my personal experiences. Whether Skyworth, Ensmai, Emmett and Xinwangda are black factories is your own judgment, and whether you want to go to work or not is your own decision. My experience is for reference only. This is the current environment, and complaints and dissatisfaction are insignificant to them. When you have the capital to open a factory, you will understand why the factory in China is like this.
