Why do insurance companies keep hiring?
Many years ago, because I wanted to find a free job after having children, I was introduced to a professional financial management team by my friends. My friend said that the requirement for joining this financial management team is a full-time junior college, but others can't get in if they want to. The basic salary is more than 4 thousand, and you will pay five insurances and one gold as soon as you join the company. It is a formal financial management team, and the key is that time is still free.
Sounds good, so I signed up with a try attitude and was taken to Shanghai for a one-month closed training the next day. At that time, I realized that the so-called financial management is nothing more than selling insurance.
The first day of training was about the concept, efficacy and greatness of insurance. After three days of baptism, trained employees will feel how great and noble it is to do insurance.
Three days later, the training teacher began to train sales speech. We list all the relatives and friends we know and teach us how to communicate with them, how to talk about insurance with them, how to deal with resistance and so on. At that time, I was unhappy It is the freedom of others to buy or not. What are you always doing? But I couldn't leave at that time, thinking about going back after training.
Finally, the training is over. After returning to the company, the company began to let us make bills and let the team manager help the employees make bills. If they can't write the bill, they can't do it well. Employees must buy it themselves. Apart from the basic salary, five insurances and one gold, the company does not have any telephone charges, meals, transportation fees or any subsidies. For insurance employees, those expenses are actually huge, so I wanted to resign at that time.
Many employees buy a lot of insurance for themselves and their families in order to become regular employees. This seemingly professional financial management team is actually selling insurance. It's not that insurance is bad, it's that insurance is good, but anyone with certain economic ability is eligible to buy it. The company teaches us that even if a person wants to buy insurance again, if he is poor, you should not look for him, but it is the poor who need insurance more.
Later, because I didn't want to buy insurance for myself or force people around me to buy insurance, I naturally resigned. People like me are not people that insurance companies like.
From my personal experience, I can see the following two points:
1. Insurance companies keep attracting customers.
On the surface, insurance companies are constantly recruiting employees, but in fact they are constantly recruiting customers, because employees are customers. Many people can only buy insurance for themselves and their families in order to complete their performance, which is to increase the performance of insurance companies. In addition, many people are afraid to leave their jobs because they sell insurance to their friends and classmates, for fear of betraying their friends' trust and making their friends' policies "lonely" (without responsible policies), which is painful.
When the resources around you are exhausted, no one can buy insurance from you, and you can't afford it yourself, you will be abandoned by the company. The company recruits another batch of employees, just like cutting leeks, one crop after another.
It is absolutely true that many people around us are unhappy and poor because of insurance.
2. Insurance companies constantly cultivate potential customers.
Many people have joined the insurance company, so there is nothing they can do. If they don't buy enough insurance policies, how can they tell others how good insurance is? Therefore, their consciousness can only be that insurance must be bought, and they constantly instill insurance concepts into people around them, thus helping the company to cultivate many potential customers invisibly. Even if many people don't buy insurance now, they will one day.
Summary: Although insurance is good, many people can't afford it or can't buy it. After all, there is still a threshold for buying medical insurance.
Moreover, insurance companies seem to be constantly recruiting employees. In fact, they are all clients. No company will think that there are too many customers. Therefore, insurance companies only need to pay extremely low wages, but they get great benefits, so they will always recruit people.
