Structural characteristics of spiral chute

The spiral chute consists of six parts: ore feeder, ore feeder, spiral chute, product intercepting chute, ore receiving hopper and chute support. Taking Yantai Xinhai spiral chute as an example, the spiral groove composed of spiral blades is the main component. Spiral blades are made of glass fiber reinforced plastics (FRP) and connected together by bolts. The FRP spiral plate is both light and strong. Its sorting surface has a wear-resistant layer and is durable. The head end of the tank is equipped with a multi-tube feed homogenizer, which is uniform in feed and easy to control. The evenly distributed pulp is slowly fed to the surface of the spiral groove through the orange material. The end of the spiral groove is provided with a valve block type product intercepting groove, which divides the separated ore flow into several products according to the grade. Adjust the position of the valve block to change the cutting width of each product. The ore receiving hopper is a concentric circular cylinder, which collects and exports the intercepted multi-strand ore according to the products.

The cross section of the spiral groove is a cubic parabola. The slope change of the curve is especially suitable for the separation of fine materials. The spiral chute has the advantages of simple structure, no moving parts, easy manufacture, light weight and convenient configuration, installation and maintenance.
