The Decision of Kunming Municipal People's Government on Abolishing Some Government Regulations and Normative Documents has been discussed and passed at the172nd executive meeting of Kunming Municipal People's Government on February 3, 20 10, and is hereby promulgated and shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.

Decision of Kunming Municipal People's Government on Abolishing Some Government Regulations and Normative Documents

In order to maintain the unity of the legal system and comprehensively promote administration according to law, the municipal government has comprehensively cleaned up the existing effective government regulations and normative documents. After cleaning up, the municipal government decided to abolish the following government regulations and normative documents:
