Is the residential property responsible for kicking the entrance door?

There is a certain responsibility, and the property company's obligation to community safety management includes two levels:

1) security obligations, that is, to implement the guard duty system and public security patrol system, check the vehicles entering and leaving the community, and maintain parking order.

2) the obligation of auxiliary treatment, that is, to stop the behavior that interferes with the public order of the community in time and report to the relevant administrative departments.

When the third party infringes, the property of the owner in the community is stolen or his personal injury is caused. If the property management company fails to fulfill the above obligations, it shall bear legal responsibility within the corresponding scope.
