Where can I complain if the property doesn't sell electricity?

There is a service contract relationship between the owner and the property service enterprise. The property service enterprise has the obligation to provide property services according to the agreement in the property service contract, and the owner has the obligation to pay the property fee according to the agreement. However, if the property service enterprises restrict customers' consumption rights such as water, electricity, gas and transportation, it obviously infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of the owners.

If the property company restricts the owner's purchase of electricity, it infringes on the owner's rights and interests of independent consumption and obviously violates relevant laws. If it is not corrected, the owner can complain to the consumer protection department or bring a lawsuit to the court to safeguard his legitimate rights and interests. Under normal circumstances, the owner has the right to use electricity according to law. Even if the owner defaults on the property fee, the property has no right to restrict the owner's electricity consumption, which is illegal. To be sure, there is no reason for the property to restrict the use of electricity by the owners. However, there is a situation that must be explained: the electricity fee of the residential area is entrusted by the power bureau to collect and manage the property, and the owner does not pay the electricity fee for a long time. After repeated reminders, the property will be the agent of the power bureau, and the main responsibility of the property in the community is to maintain facilities and equipment, keep the community green and clean, and serve the owners. This is the main responsibility of the property, not to mention the disposal and restraint of the owners.
