If residents have the need to trim the greening of the community, they can be responsible for the collection and publicity of the greening adjustment plan of the community, the consultation and announcement of the owners, and the approval application procedures through the industry Committee. Property or professional greening maintenance enterprises shall, according to the agreement of the property service contract or the entrustment of the industry Committee, be responsible for the relevant work of implementing the greening adjustment of residential areas. (If there is no industry committee, it can be performed by the corresponding neighborhood committee. )

If the tree dies, you can apply for cutting down the tree according to the process, and the owner should not handle it himself. Owners request the owners' committee, and the owners' committee entrusts residential property service enterprises or professional greening maintenance enterprises to formulate relevant plans, and go through the administrative licensing procedures with the municipal or district greening management department.
