Article 14 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Housing Lease Law, Article 23 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Property Management Regulations and Article 33 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Building Law all clearly point out that maintenance and decoration should follow relevant technical standards and norms to ensure the safety and comfort of buildings.

Maintenance standard

Maintenance standards are mainly to ensure the safety and durability of buildings, covering maintenance, maintenance, repair and other work. The lessor has the obligation to repair the housing facilities and equipment, and the property service enterprise shall repair, maintain and update the property facilities in accordance with the agreed quality, content and time limit.

Decoration standard

Decoration standards are more focused on meeting residents' living needs and pursuing comfort and beauty. In the process of decoration, we should follow the relevant technical standards and norms to ensure the quality and safety of decoration. At the same time, it is also necessary to abide by relevant laws and regulations, such as the Consumer Protection Law and the Construction Law.
