A friend of mine met such a neighbor when he was a child. In my hometown, they are close neighbors, separated by an alley of 10 meters. In rural areas, almost every family has its own yard, and some poultry such as chickens and ducks will be raised, and a shed will be specially built for poultry to avoid being stolen and getting wet.

Chickens and ducks in rural areas are free-range, so sometimes they go to other people's homes. People nearby were feeding chickens that day, and when they counted, they found an old hen missing, but they couldn't find it. It happened that everyone in my family went out that afternoon, so the door of the yard was locked. When my family came back, she looked at them with white eyes and made them confused.

When my mother was young, she went to her neighbor and asked her if this chicken belonged to her family. The next day, the neighbor deliberately ran to her door and loudly said that my family was going to steal her chicken. If she didn't eat this time, she would definitely want to steal it next time. The more she talks, the worse it gets. She said even stealing a chicken would be cursed. She has been talking about it. The neighbor also went up to the second floor of her own house and opened the window, because it happened that her window was facing my yard and her little mother was sitting there. Tears welled up in my eyes when I heard her say this. Originally she was a practical person. Where can she stand such gossip? Instead, she contradicted her neighbor, who became more and more excited. Finally, her little mother went in and closed the door and ignored her.

In the next few days, this neighbor has been talking. Nobody in my family wants to talk to her. They didn't do anything wrong. Talking too much is a waste of their strength and saliva. On the contrary, people around her couldn't stand it anymore, saying that she should not be like a psycho all day, just a chicken. Even if she does eat yours, what can she do?
