More than 200 square meters of fixed activity hall; 6, with building visual intercom system, monitoring system, electronic patrol system or more than one other security facilities; 7, sports venues not less than a facility. (3) The third-level charging standard: 0.50 yuan/month. Square meters (including taxes) 1, the community is closed; 2. Have a fixed management service room; 3, the greening rate of more than 25%; 4, greening, leisure activity center, the site is more than 500 square meters; 5. Fixed activity hall 100 square meters; There are simple sports equipment and facilities. (4) Four-level charging standard: 0.35 yuan/month.
