I believe that no one wants to cause such serious casualties in this conflict, but the fact is that the victim must be given a reasonable compensation and the perpetrator a reasonable judgment.

First, there are contradictions in the alternation of old and new attributes. I believe that many owners of residential areas are dissatisfied with the property of their own residential areas, especially during the period when the house was just handed over, the property designated by the developer made many owners dissatisfied. In this case, many owners spontaneously organize owners' committees, and finally drive away the property in their own communities, so as to achieve the purpose of an owners' committee managing their own communities. Second, the old property brought people to stop the new property from moving in.
