At the beginning of 2002, China Shipping Real Estate took the lead in setting up the consulting management department in the same industry. The project manager keeps track of the management consulting/hosting projects throughout, providing all-round consulting/hosting services for partners, and ensuring the service quality more effectively.

The main management personnel of the partner will be invited to participate in the professional training and exchange at the company's location, and the department manager or deputy manager will give lectures in person in each department to conduct targeted training on the following topics: total quality management, safety management and security, cleaning and greening management, external wall cleaning and maintenance, engineering management, maintenance and maintenance of intelligent systems, financial management, staff training, community culture construction, human resource management and enterprise development.
