Brief introduction of Shanghai Property Management Association

Shanghai Property Management Association was established in199465438+February, and changed its name to Shanghai Property Management Association on April 26th, 2006. The English name is Shanghai Property Management Association, or TASPM for short.

The association is composed of Shanghai property management enterprises, registered property managers and related enterprises and institutions voluntarily, and it is a non-profit social organization that implements industry service and self-discipline management. The association is managed by Shanghai Housing Security and Housing Administration and Shanghai Association Administration.

The purpose of the Association is to guide, cultivate and develop the Shanghai property management market, provide services for its members, safeguard their legitimate rights and interests, advocate self-discipline and fair competition in the industry, and promote the prosperity and healthy development of the property management industry in this city.

The highest authority of the association is the member congress, and the executive body is the Council. As the daily office of the Council, the Secretariat consists of six departments, namely, General Management Office, Training Department, Consulting Service Department, Information Department, Coordination and Guidance Department and Assessment Department. At the same time, the association has a 18 working Committee according to the settings of all districts and counties in this city. At present, * * * has more than one thousand member units.
