What are the procedures for real estate development and construction with the qualification of a property company?

Materials required for real estate development qualification application:

1. Real estate development enterprise qualification application report;

2. The original and photocopy of the business license of the real estate enterprise;

3. A copy of the original qualification certificate of the enterprise;

4. The original or photocopy of the articles of association of the real estate company and the shareholders' investment agreement;

5. The legal representative of the real estate company, the general manager and the person in charge of engineering, finance, statistics and business, and the photocopies of their employment documents and identity documents;

6. Original or photocopy of the financial report (with audit report) of the real estate enterprise in the previous year;

7. A certain number of professional titles (qualification certificates) of construction, structural finance, real estate and related economic professionals and a copy of their ID cards;

Original or photocopy of the labor contract or social insurance payment certificate of the professional management personnel of the enterprise;

9. A copy of the basic table of the statistical annual report of real estate development in the past three years (with the official seal of the competent statistical department and the official seal of the unit);
