202 1 property fee standard is divided into four levels: level 1 (per square meter per month 1 yuan), level 2 (0.75 yuan per square meter per month), level 3 (0.35 yuan per square meter per month) and level 4 (0.25 yuan per square meter per month). Property that has been completed but has not been sold or handed over to the property buyer shall be paid by the construction unit.
