Guo Desheng's professional experience

At the end of 1950s, zipper clothing came into being, and "Hongchang" exclusively represented the distribution right of Japanese "YKK" zipper factory, thus making a fortune. 1958, Yongye Co., Ltd., Li Chang Co., Ltd. and Hongji Enterprise Co., Ltd. were established in Hong Kong one after another. From 65438 to 0958, Guo saw the characteristics of small land and large population in Hong Kong, and also engaged in building demolition and small site business. 1963 Guo Youyou Feng Jingxi and Lee Shau Kee Hexin Hongji Industrial Co., Ltd. have made great strides in the real estate market and become the leading real estate companies in Hong Kong.

Sun Hung Kai Properties was established.

In 1970s, Guo, Feng and Li parted ways and developed independently. 1973, Guo Sui renamed Sun Hung Kai Industrial Co., Ltd. as Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. and personally served as the chairman, chairman and general manager until his death in 1990. Later, he served as the chairman of Xincheng (New Territories) Real Estate Co., Ltd. ..

Guo has always loved his motherland and his hometown. At the beginning of 1982, he donated100,000 Hong Kong dollars to build Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall in Shi Qi, and donated money to expand Huaqiao Middle School. In recognition of his great contribution to the construction of Zhongshan, the Standing Committee of Zhongshan Municipal People's Congress awarded him the title of honorary citizen of Zhongshan in September 1989, and awarded him an honorary citizen certificate and a golden key.

Set up hung kai securities

1972 at the beginning, the Hong Kong stock market was booming and almost crazy, and the Hang Seng Index rose several times a day. During this period, Feng Jingxi started his own business and established Sun Hung Kai Securities Co., Ltd., and Lee Shau Kee successively established Henderson Zhaoye Company.

1972 July 14, Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. was incorporated and listed on August 23, with a market value of HK$ 400 million. There are about 30 employees, mainly engaged in real estate development and investment.

Interestingly, Guo Desheng, relying on his reputation as an "honest businessman" for more than 20 years, stimulated investors' investment enthusiasm at the moment of fund-raising, disrupted Guo Desheng's financing plan of 654.38 billion, and finally got a huge sum of HK$ 654.38 billion.

1980, in order to avoid the risk of real estate management, commercial building leasing management strategy was adopted. After the completion of the property leasing of Sun Hung Kai Center in Wan Chai, after ten years of development, the leased building area has increased to 8.2 million square feet, and the rental income is as high as HK$/kloc-0.6 billion per year, which has become a stable financial source of Sun Hung Kai Property with low risk and high return.

At this point, Sun Hung Kai Properties has developed into one of the five giants in Hong Kong's real estate industry.

1987 10, Sun Hung Kai Properties cooperated with Xinhe Group to invest a piece of land in Wan Chai with a huge sum of HK$ 3.35 billion to build the tallest building in Asia at that time-Central Plaza.
