COFCO has several projects in Suzhou.

COFCO Fanhuali Project is located 200 meters west of the intersection of Bianhe Road and Renmin Road in Suzhou, covering an area of about 102 mu, with a total construction area of about 260,000 ㎡. It is developed and constructed in two stages. It is the largest urban complex project along Renmin Road, which is transformed by Suzhou Municipal Government and invested and developed by Anhui Jiacheng Real Estate Co., Ltd., including large-scale businesses, commercial streets, serviced apartments and noble houses. The business consists of two single businesses and three podium businesses, with a construction area of about 73,000 ㎡ (excluding underground businesses). The residence consists of 9 buildings with 23 floors and 28 floors, with a building area of about 1.26 million ㎡, and the apartment types range from 85㎡ to 1.67㎡, with two rooms, three rooms and four rooms.
