Performance evaluation: The main task of this stage is to evaluate the performance results of employees. The specific operation steps include: defining appraisers, drawing up appraisal plans, compiling revised appraisal forms, collecting appraisal data, assessing employees' performance, conducting performance interviews and accepting performance complaints. In the evaluation process, the appraisers must be objective, fair and clear-cut, so as to ensure that the evaluation results are accurate and convincing.
