Fashion designer is a professional technician who conceives and designs the material, color matching and modeling of clothing, and artistically treats and expresses the lines, colors and textures to make them conform to and enhance the image and temperament of the wearer.

People engaged in garment plate making are collectively called garment plate makers, and are usually also called plate makers. Clothing plate making plays an important role in the process of clothing production, and the duty of clothing plate makers is to transform the concept of clothing designers into practical clothing styles.

Management trainee is a talent reserve plan for some large enterprises to train middle and senior managers independently.
