I. Recruitment positions and conditions:

In the past five years, he has presided over national projects, or achieved important results in the transfer of achievements, or won important awards in teaching and scientific research achievements; And publish or publish influential high-level achievements in important journals.

(3) If the applicant is an overseas scholar, he should have the title of associate professor or above in an overseas high-level university or scientific research institution; Published or published influential high-level achievements in important journals in the past five years, with outstanding academic achievements.

(2) Full-time teachers: they should have a doctoral degree or a senior technical position required by the post, and have certain teaching practice experience or working experience in related industries.

Second, the recruitment method:

(1) Registration

1. Registration time: recruit high-level talents and full-time teachers all the year round until they are full.

2. Registration method: log on to the website of the Personnel Department of Shanghai University of Engineering Science.

3. Precautions:

(1) Social workers from other provinces and cities must hold Shanghai residence permit for more than one year (within the validity period). Senior professional and technical personnel or professionals in urgent need can be exempted from the one-year restriction of residence permit;

(2) Applicants are responsible for the authenticity of the information and materials submitted. If there is fraud, once verified, the examination qualification or admission qualification will be cancelled.

(2) Qualification examination

The school will review the candidates' materials, select qualified personnel to enter the examination or assessment according to a certain proportion, and those who fail to pass the screening will not be notified separately.

(3) Examination or evaluation

Applicants for full-time teacher positions are assessed by colleges (or departments), among which high-level talents are discussed one by one.

(4) Investigation and physical examination

The school examines candidates' ideological and political quality, law-abiding, work performance, and integrity records. Those who pass the examination go to tertiary medical institutions for physical examination.

(5) Employment and publicity

According to the above results, the list of persons to be employed was reviewed and approved by the principal's office meeting and publicized on the website of "Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau" for 7 days. After publicity without objection, report to Shanghai Municipal Education Commission and Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for approval and filing. If there is any objection to the publicity, which affects the employment, the employment shall be determined according to the verification results.

Third, treatment:

Once a candidate is hired, his salary, welfare and social insurance shall be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations.
