Qualifications for China (Beijing) International Micro Film Competition

1. Teachers and students from colleges and universities, professional art schools, professional video creators, online workers, grassroots original authors, and video enthusiasts, as long as they have creativity, can sign up to participate. 2. All participating film works must be original works created by the participant or the group, and must be approved by the original author or team.

3. The types of works collected include micro-films and movie scripts. There are no restrictions on genres and themes.

4. Micro videos are required to have clear images and Chinese subtitles (the juxtaposition of Chinese and English subtitles is encouraged). Both Mandarin and dialect are acceptable. The duration of the work can be controlled between 3 minutes to 20 minutes and 20 minutes to 45 minutes.

5. Deadline for collection of works: October 15, 2011.

6. All contestants must abide by all rules and regulations of the competition and cooperate with the corresponding activities of the competition.

7. Participants do not need to pay registration fees or any related fees.
