6. The liver is large and the hardness is above medium; Liver and spleen are touched at the same time, the liver is less than 2 cm below the ribs (except for physiological ptosis of the liver), and the spleen is less than 2 cm below the ribs, and the liver function is abnormal; Simple splenomegaly over 2 cm, hypersplenism; Simple spleen is greater than 3 cm;

16. Other diseases that affect health and teaching that are not included in the physical examination standards.
