These four qualifications are the criteria to measure outstanding and outstanding village doctors, so only village doctors with one of them can participate in the recruitment of grassroots public hospitals.

At present, the rural general practice assistant physician qualification examination has been added. This is a "green channel" for rural doctors to obtain the qualification of medical practitioners. Obtaining rural general practice assistant doctors will gradually replace the original rural doctor certificate.
