First, the recruitment principle
Adhere to the principle of "openness, equality, competition and merit-based", and choose the best candidates through public examination and assessment.
Second, qualifications.
1. has Zhongxian household registration, good conduct and no illegal acts;
2. Have a junior college degree or above in national education;
3. Born after 1 May, 19801,male height is above 1.65m, and female height is above 1.58m;
4. Be familiar with relevant legal knowledge, skillfully use computers for text entry, editing and printing, and make handwritten records.
5. Have the physical conditions required to perform the duties of the post (for details, please refer to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation)).
Third, the recruitment process
(1) Registration and qualification examination
1. Registration is conducted on site. Applicants are required to bring 1 copy of ID card and diploma, and 3 recent one-inch bareheaded color photos.

(2) Examination
The content of the examination is written test, professional test and interview, with a total score of 100. The scores of written test, professional test and interview account for 30%, 30% and 40% respectively.

Written test content: legal knowledge (constitution, civil law, civil procedure law, criminal law, criminal procedure law, administrative law), current affairs and politics, etc.
Professional test content: ① Computer skill test (20%); ② Quick recording 10%).
Written test and professional test time: The written test time is May 27th (Thursday) 20 10.
The location of written test and professional test is subject to the location determined by the admission ticket.
Step 2 interview
The interview mainly evaluates the basic quality and practical work ability of the candidates to adapt to the post requirements. After the written test and professional test, according to the order of the total scores of the written test and professional test from high to low, and according to the ratio of the job recruitment plan to the interviewer 1: 2, the candidates who enter the interview are determined. Candidates who enter the interview voluntarily give up, and fill the vacancy in the order of high score to low score according to the total scores of written test and professional test.
Fourth, physical examination and investigation
After the examination, according to the order of comprehensive scores from high to low, the physical examination candidates are determined in equal proportion according to the number of recruitment plans 1: 1. The physical examination standard refers to the Notice on Forwarding the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) (No.25 [2005] of the People's Republic of China). Those who pass the physical examination are the subjects of investigation; Those who fail the physical examination will be eliminated. If there is a vacancy in the physical examination, it can be replenished according to the total score from high to low.
The party group of the court determines the recruiter according to the investigation.

1. The probation period for recruiters is 1 month (included in the employment period). After the probation period expires and the recruiter passes the examination, an employment contract shall be signed in accordance with the relevant provisions of the People's Republic of China (PRC) Labor Contract Law, with a term of one year. Those who pass the examination at the end of one year can be renewed.
2. The clerk recruited this time is used to assist the judges in their work, undertake the auxiliary work of recording various cases in court business, filling in, receiving and dispatching, sorting out and filing judicial documents, and do not undertake the case handling business independently.
3. The monthly salary of the hired personnel during the probation period is 800 yuan. After signing the clerk employment contract, the monthly salary is 1 0,000 yuan. Insurance shall be handled in accordance with relevant regulations.
