Details of Guzhen Economic Development Zone

Guzhen Economic Development Zone was established in March 2002, and was approved as a provincial economic development zone by the provincial government in February 2006. On June 20 10, the only provincial industrial park in Taiwan Province province was established with the approval of the provincial government. The overall planning area of the development zone is 30 square kilometers, and the implementation area is 10 square kilometers.

According to the idea of "unified planning, gradual development and centralized layout", Guzhen Economic Development Zone has five major industries: agricultural and sideline products processing, pharmaceutical biomass, machinery manufacturing, new building materials and textiles and garments.

There are 128 enterprises in Guzhen Economic Development Zone, of which 83 have been put into production and 24 are under construction. The settled enterprises include COFCO, Fengyuan Group and five listed companies including Dacheng Group, Guoneng Group and Xinao Group in Taiwan Province Province. There are more than 0/0 foreign-funded projects such as Dacheng Food, Innova Tire, Chengjian Bicycle, Hertz Clothing, Jiayi Clothing, Alan Leather, Innoma Polymer Materials, Jingyuan Chemical Fiber and Xinao Gas. There are high-tech projects such as soybean seaweed fiber, carbon fiber, vitamin D2D3, LED lamp and special resin. At the same time, it has advanced manufacturing industries such as aluminum profile, fiberboard, crystal glass, glassware, power generation equipment, crane counterweight and stainless steel products. The county party committee and the government strictly implement the system of "two notices, one signature, two reports and one record" for enterprises that have settled in the development zone, and it is strictly forbidden to inspect and collect fees from enterprises without approval. Law enforcement departments must be approved by the county magistrate in charge, and obtain the consent of the Development Zone Management Committee, which will send personnel to accompany the inspection. No organ or unit in the county may accept banquets from customers. It is not allowed to sell, apportion and ask for sponsorship to enterprises. It is not allowed to eat, take, card, demand or submit an expense account in the enterprise. Once the circumstances are found to be minor, disciplinary action will be given, and if the circumstances are serious, expulsion from the party will be given until dismissal from public office.
