In fact, everyone should look at this data rationally. The data obtained from Zhaopin Recruitment’s 2017 winter online recruitment database data detection and statistical analysis, plus the data on expected monthly salary posted on the recruitment website, is not the actual contract monthly salary in 37 cities. Zhaopin only knows the salary expectations of both job seekers, not the amount of the contract.

First, Beijing remains first with an average salary level of 10,310 yuan: in financial cities like Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and Chongqing, the starting salary of financial executives is one million, and with bonuses, the salary can reach tens of millions. 100 million is normal. There are no such high-end financial institution positions in ordinary cities, so the salary will naturally be lowered. In addition, the cost of living in Beijing and Shanghai is also high, so it is normal for the salary to be relatively high.

Second, senior management occupations are the only occupations with a salary level of more than 20,000 yuan. Enterprises have strong demand for senior executives and have high requirements for personal qualities, and the salary levels provided are also very impressive. But basically all of them have some industry experience, no training is required, and they can work directly.
