I. Recruitment discipline and number of people

The county recruits 60 primary and secondary school teachers.

(1) 38 primary school teachers: 2 Chinese, 20 English, 4 fine arts, 6 music, 4 physical education and 2 information technology (including modern educational technology);

(2) Junior high school teachers 18: 2 in mathematics, 2 in physics, 2 in chemistry, 2 in geography, 2 in history, 3 in art, 3 in music and 2 in biology;

(3) 2 high school political teachers;

(4) 2 special education teachers.

Second, the recruitment conditions

(1) Basic conditions:

1, love education, obey the law and be healthy;

2. Have obtained the teacher qualification;

3. Under the age of 30 (born after July 1983).

(2) Requirements for professional subject teachers:

1. Primary school teachers should be full-time graduates of normal universities with professional counterparts; The subject teachers in junior high schools should be full-time graduates from normal universities with professional counterparts. Non-normal majors should obtain corresponding academic qualifications and teacher qualifications, and the types of qualifications should correspond to the subjects they apply for (primary school teachers should have full-time college education or above, and junior high school teachers should have full-time college education or above).

2. Senior high school teachers should be full-time normal college graduates with bachelor's degree or above, and have professional counterparts.

3. Special education teachers should graduate from special education schools.

Third, the registration time, place and requirements

Fourth, the examination time and content

(1) written test (accounting for 60% of the total score)

3. After the written test 10 working days, publish the candidates' scores on the websites of Dongyuan County Government and Dongyuan County Education Bureau. The list of interviewers will be published on the websites of Dongyuan County Government and Dongyuan County Education Bureau within 20 working days after the written examination.

(2) Interview (40% of the total score)

1, the interviewer's determination. The interviewer's written test score shall not be less than 60 points (including 60 points). The number of interviewees is determined according to the written test results from high to low, and the ratio of the number of candidates to the number of interviewees is 1: 1.5 (rounded). If the required proportion is not reached, the interviewer shall be determined according to the actual number; If the interview qualification is abandoned, the vacancy or proportion is not reached, and the written test scores will be replenished from high to low; If the written test scores are the same, the number of interviewees will be higher than the actual number.

2. Interview content: those who meet the interview conditions will take the form of lectures corresponding to the subjects they apply for. Interview score 100, accounting for 40% of the total score.

(1) Score calculation method: The comprehensive score is 100, of which 60% are written test scores and 40% are interview scores, and both written test scores and interview scores are kept at two decimal places.

(2) Determination of the personnel to be hired: according to the recruitment quota of various disciplines, according to the comprehensive scores of written test and interview, from high score to low score. If the total score is the same, the one with the highest written test score is preferred. If the personnel to be hired give up their qualifications for other reasons, they shall be determined in turn according to the principle of high score to low score.

(3) College students and college student village officials who have passed the examination after the expiration of service in our county will be given extra points according to relevant policies and given priority in employment under the same conditions.

(4) After the personnel to be hired are determined, they shall go to the designated hospital for physical examination according to the Physical Examination Standard for Applicants for Teacher Qualification in Guangdong Province. Vacancies due to unqualified medical examination shall be filled in turn according to the principle of high score to low score.

(5) The personnel to be employed shall submit the relevant certificates and graduates' files required by the application conditions to the county education bureau within the specified time, and the county people's social security bureau and the education bureau shall conduct qualification examination on the personnel to be employed. Candidates who fail to submit the relevant documents within the time limit, do not meet the conditions for entering the examination, and resort to deceit will be disqualified once they are verified.

(VI) Publicity: The proposed personnel shall be publicized according to relevant regulations, and the publicity time shall be 7 working days. If there is no objection after publicity, go through the employment procedures and incorporate them into the establishment of public institutions, and enjoy the relevant treatment of the personnel in the establishment of public institutions.

(7) The personnel to be employed shall obey the allocation of the Education Bureau, and those who do not obey the allocation shall be disqualified. After the allocation is confirmed, the assigned school can apply for transfer after serving for 5 years.
