Hengda Haihua Island is an artificial island, located in the bay area between Paipu Port and Yangpu Port in Danzhou City, Hainan Province, starting from Paipu Town in the south and reaching Baimajing Town in the north, more than 600 meters away from the coast, with a total span of about 6.8 kilometers.
