Job placement for pilot spouses - As long as the captain’s spouse meets the company’s external recruitment requirements in terms of academic qualifications and majors, the age can be relaxed to 35 years old. _ When a pilot is transferred internally due to work reasons, if his spouse is an internal employee of the company, he can go through the transfer procedures. 20. 2. Subsidy and placement for the pilot’s spouse _ If the captain’s spouse is unemployed and at home, the company can provide subsidies and placement. _ The spouse's labor and personnel relations are affiliated with the labor dispatch company designated by the company, and the spouse pays "five insurances and one fund". _ The monthly subsidy and resettlement payment standard is twice the minimum wage standard stipulated by the local government. 3. Relaxation of the conditions for internal retirement of pilot spouses - If the pilot spouses working in the company are not managers or professional technicians that the company is in urgent need of, they can choose to apply for internal retirement and enjoy the company's internal retirement benefits. _ The captain's spouse is over 40 years old and can apply for early retirement within 10 years of the statutory retirement age or after 25 years of service, which is 5 years earlier than other employees. 4. Green channel for pilots to settle in. According to different policies in different places, the company will assist pilots to go through the settlement procedures. Especially in Shanghai, Beijing and other places with tight household registration policies, the company has coordinated with relevant government agencies to open a green channel for pilots to settle. 5. Policies for the residence registration of pilots’ family members to be transferred with them. According to different requirements in different places, the spouses of pilots can apply for settlement on the grounds of transfer, relocation or separation of husband and wife.
