1. Basic requirements for candidates. 1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China and enjoy the basic political rights of citizens. 2. 2. Registration. This registration is conducted online. Applicants should log in to the website of the Gansu Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security to register online. Online registration follows the following procedures: 1. Submit the application. Applicants can log in to the Gansu Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security website () from 8:00 on August 2, 2011 to 24:00 on August 31 to submit applications. 6. Interview. It is up to the recruiting unit to decide whether to conduct an interview. If an interview is decided, the interview candidate ratio is 2:1, the full score is 100 points, and the interview score accounts for 30% of the total score. Candidates for interviews will be determined in descending order according to their written test scores for the positions they apply for, and the scores will be announced on site. 7. Announcement of results and announcement of proposed personnel. Recruitment-related information, examination results announcement, and announcement of proposed personnel will be announced and publicized on the website where the announcement is made, and will also be posted in a conspicuous location of the recruiting unit.

8. Physical examination and inspection. The physical examination standards are temporarily implemented with reference to the "General Standards for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial)".
