What is the employment like with a master's degree in psychology from Tianjin Normal University?

Not great. Although the psychology major sounds good, it is really not easy to find a job. I am from Tianjin Normal University, a fresh graduate this year. Many students who study psychology end up working as psychological counselors in educational institutions, and the salary is not high.
