Special operations personnel (including tower crane drivers) shall meet the following conditions:

Duties of the tower crane driver:

5. Work closely with the commander to carry out safe operation. Operation is not allowed when there is no commander, the command signal is unknown and the object is overweight.

6, tower crane work in two shifts, the driver on duty should fill in the succession record. Hidden dangers and faults in operation should be clearly filled in, and the handover personnel should be clear.

7. Daily inspection and maintenance records should be made in time.

8. Strictly abide by the company's rules and regulations and complete the temporary tasks assigned by the leaders.

Operating procedures of tower crane:

1. Before use, check whether the metal structure and appearance are in good condition, whether the sound is normal during no-load operation, whether the braking is reliable during heavy-load test, whether the safety limit and protection device are complete, and whether the action is sensitive and reliable.

2. When operating each controller, the controller should be operated step by step, and it is forbidden to go beyond the operation. When changing the running direction, the operating handle should be reset to zero, and then the motor can stop running, realize reverse running and strive for stability.

3, in the process of equipment operation, such as mechanical abnormalities, should immediately stop check, troubleshooting rear can operate.

4. Strictly hold relevant certificates. Do not work after drinking. It is forbidden to use the travel switch instead of parking. It is strictly forbidden to operate illegally, leave the post without authorization, or give the machine to others to drive.

5. When carrying heavy objects, you should keep a certain distance from the ground first, and then check whether the brakes are reliable.

Sixth, adhere to the "Ten Articles". After the work is completed, the power supply of the lock box should be turned off and the mechanical "crossing" should be carried out. Ten don't hang as follows:
