Two men have been arrested and brought to justice by the police in Heshan, Yiyang, Hunan Province, and were held in administrative detention for 12 days and 15 days respectively.

A video of 10 seconds circulating on the Internet shows that a man suddenly climbed into a police car on the side of the road, and another man was sitting on the hood of the police car, and the person next to him was filming. Many netizens condemned their actions.

After the incident, the police in Heshan, Yiyang, Hunan Province, arrested the two on suspicion of provoking trouble.

On March 23, Heshan police quickly investigated and dealt with a case of trampling on a police car and arrested the suspects (male, 29 years old, from Lianyuan City, Loudi City) and Xia Mou (male, 2 1 year old, from Heshan District, Yiyang City).

According to police reports, both of them are anchors of a webcast platform among network celebrities. At about 2 am on the 23rd, they climbed on the hood and roof of a police car on duty to show off their "coolness" for excitement. Subsequently, relevant videos were spread on Weibo, WeChat and other online platforms, and the police immediately launched an investigation and locked the suspect. At 6: 438 am on the same day, he surrendered himself to the police, and Xia was arrested in Bazishao Town, Heshan District.
