(2) Heating conditions: unit heating control standard (heat consumption rate of high-rise residential units is calculated according to high, medium and low heating systems).

1. Provide normal heating for units with heat consumption rate above 70%;

2. Units with a heat consumption rate of 30% ~ 70% can only provide heat after signing a heat supply and demand agreement;

3. In order to ensure the safe operation of the heat exchange station, each heating system (divided into high, medium and low zones) needs to reach more than 30% (including 30%) of the pipe network heating ratio before it can be started; If the heat consumption rate is lower than 30%, the heating system in the unit (divided into high, medium and low zones) will not be heated.

2. Units that have been transformed by households, and users who have not been transformed indoors for some reason, do not have heating conditions and cannot provide heating for the time being.
