The designer's first job is to professionally analyze the rational and perceptual needs of customers, because most of the information provided by customers at this time is only their own understanding, or some design needs learned through the network are not necessarily what they really need. Also remind the owners once again that design knowledge must be learned, but not blindly, to understand their own lives. It is necessary to communicate with designers. Only by doing enough communication can we make a design that knows you better than you! It's important to find a designer who can talk to you! )

Knowing the owner, the next step is to know the house. Designers should be careful enough to survey the house (lighting, sound insulation, surrounding environment, height, load-bearing structure, water supply and drainage position, circuit position, etc.). ) Provide technical support for scheme design.

The house in this case is a three-story townhouse, near the sea. Seeing that the first floor of the scene is really a bit big, I really doubt that the fake villa bought by Sister Z is slender in the north and south, and the lighting is not very good. However, the view on the third floor is really good, and there are oversized stairwells, which can definitely make the stairs beautiful; Super good geographical location, we must plan well and leave less regrets.

The plane plan took nearly three weeks. In this process, according to the design needs, the team made three field trips before and after. Sister z is not afraid of cold. She came to see it with us twice and had a very effective communication. Because she didn't pay the house, she and Sister Z made a detour to the seaside and enjoyed the scenery all the way.

▼ Finalize the design plan

After careful consideration, the plane was finally confirmed. When designing the plane, we must sort out the functional divisions (villas are better divided by floors). No matter whether the house is big or small, storage management is the most important. The quality of plane planning can directly show the designer's design level. (This article doesn't explain too many schemes. Take "whole house" as an example to share in detail. )

Usually, when the designer completes the plane layout, the effect of the whole space has been roughly formed in his mind. The purpose of making renderings is to communicate the details of the space with the owners more intuitively (different designers have different expressions, such as hand-drawing, 3D, SketchUp, etc.). This process is time-consuming. I still want to thank my host, Sister Z, for her full trust. I don't want to rush the picture, I don't want to worry, so I can cooperate with you patiently at any time.

The renderings are very good. I can't wait to share them with Sister Z, and she likes them very much. For more than a month, we discussed the table relationship at the bar, the location and size of the bathtub, the size and details of the changed porch, several atmospheres brought by the lighting and so on. ......

Construction stage:

▼ Preparation before construction

The work of the design team is mainly in the process arrangement of construction; Make a reasonable cost investment plan according to the design and the owner's requirements (it is very important to make budget allocation in advance, and owners who don't care about the cost can skip this item ~); Choosing the construction party (decoration company, foreman or directly looking for construction personnel, each has its own advantages and disadvantages, and small owners need to keep their eyes open and choose the one that suits them); Determine some just-needed equipment and comfortable equipment in life (the equipment must be considered in advance, and don't regret if you want to find that there is no reserved water circuit in the future ~), and discuss with the owner, Sister Z, to determine a reasonable scheme. Sharpening the knife doesn't mistake the woodcutter, not to mention the wise Z sister found us before handing over the house, which bought us a lot of time!

▼ Earthwork construction

The first step of construction is the civil part (also called demolition and reconstruction). Civil engineering is a very important part of construction. Need to change the size of all the details on the website, some design changes are calculated in centimeters. It is necessary to give it to the construction master. The master will do the construction according to the design requirements, and the accuracy of the subsequent construction can be guaranteed! In the civil engineering of this case, it is more important to cover the patio. If this place is not done well, it will be easy to leak water in the later capped place, which will be more troublesome. All rainwater pipes on the roof must be reconnected and drained, so we must find an experienced civil engineering team to carry out the construction.

In the process of civil construction, there is a lot of work to be done alternately;

The first thing is to buy the products and equipment related to structure and water and electricity mentioned before. All the functions of the equipment have been discussed with Sister Z at the early stage of design to help Sister Z make a rational choice after full understanding. The equipment we have determined is central air conditioning, fresh air equipment, soft water equipment, water purification equipment, direct drinking water equipment, hot water circulation equipment, audio-visual equipment in the son's room, monitoring equipment and local intelligent equipment. The selection of these equipments must be based on the comprehensive consideration of their living habits, geographical location, cost input, building structure and other factors. ......

The deepening work of the kitchen is also to enter the site in advance according to the design requirements, and determine the details of the kitchen and the location of water and electricity.

▼ Hydropower construction

The positioning of water and electricity should be based on users' habits, and a more convenient lifestyle should be reasonably guided, such as the way of turning on the lights, and the reserve level of power supply (the cost overrun of circuit and waterway renovation has always been a pain point in decoration, and it is also the place that many decoration companies add the most. This requires small owners and designers to make plans in advance to avoid unnecessary waste, and the more sockets, the better. You can also add an intelligent control switch instead of a multi-line fixed switch, as long as you can. )

In this case, all drainage pipes and floor drains are specially treated, which is convenient, clean and beautiful. The drainage mode of the toilet has also been adjusted, so that it is clean and has no dead ends. When water and electricity are reserved, sister Z's home is divided into the south yard and the north yard, and the north yard is parked at home. So we reserved a charging pile in the North Yard and a socket for self-service car washing. We also specially asked the construction party to put the outdoor unit of the central air conditioner on the roof of the third floor, and reserved a maintenance window on the third floor. Thanks to the cooperation of air conditioner builder Master Zhang, I tried my best to solve the big problem of outdoor roof!

In particular, the height of the reserved stair lamp should be considered, and it is recommended to install it on the baseboard. Although the construction and installation are troublesome, the lights can shine on the steps that should be illuminated, and the lights can be hidden in the steps, which is very beautiful;

▼ Woodworking's Works

As a result of hydropower construction, carpentry work has also begun. The carpentry construction here can only be the ceiling, partition wall, modeling wall and wooden production foundation made on site, excluding customized wooden cabinets. Light steel keel and gypsum board are usually used as ceiling materials, especially in coastal cities like Qingdao. It is not recommended to use wooden keel as foundation, which is easy to deform and crack.

According to the design requirements, we chose several major products, such as ceramic tiles, wood products, marble, wood products and marble, which need to be laid in advance by carpenters, so these products should also be purchased in advance and detailed design schemes should be worked out, otherwise the construction period will be delayed. Kitchen and bathroom can do without integrated ceiling, and waterproof gypsum board and waterproof latex paint can also be selected ~

The air outlet of air conditioner is generally short, about 1.2 meters. We also specially designed the form of lengthening the air outlet, integrating the access opening and the air return opening to make the ceiling more concise and beautiful.

▼ bricklayer's work

The bricklayer's homework needs to pay attention to the joint treatment of space and space. When laying tiles, you should pay attention to whether the tiles you choose are semi-ceramic or all-ceramic (all-ceramic tiles don't absorb water, so you need to brush the back glue of tiles in advance to prevent the tiles from falling off in the later period), and at the same time, you should consider whether the joints between tiles should be caulked or beautifully stitched in advance ~ (the gap between beautiful joints should be large). The position of the threshold, the position of the niche, and the position where the ground meets the wall need to communicate with the product side, so that the seamless connection between the product and the construction will be beautiful ~

After the bricklayer's work is finished, many products can be processed into sizes and started production. Repeatedly determine the size, style, design and installation location and details, and the oil industry should have these products. The oil industry must remember to protect the previous tile floor!

▼ Oil workers work

The petroleum industry mainly refers to the leveling treatment and painting construction of the top surface of the wall. A very detailed point is leveling, which generally starts with gypsum leveling. The main reason for leveling the wall and ceiling with gypsum is that the roughness of the grass-roots level is too poor, and the putty can't meet the requirements of leveling (the putty can't exceed 3mm, otherwise it is easy to crack and fall off). Gypsum must be used for rough leveling of the base, especially for joint filling, hole filling and straightening the angle of yin and yang.

If the flatness of the wall is not bad, you can choose local leveling without spending too much money (the focus is on the installation of the skirting line and the top corner). If the flatness of the wall is poor, it needs to be leveled in a large area. In addition, the edge of the cabinet, the top edge and the edge of the door cover are the key points of leveling.

Scrape this batch of putty after leveling. Generally, this batch of putty on the wall needs to be scraped two or three times, and the next batch of putty can only be painted after the last batch of putty is completely dried. After the putty is scraped, it needs to be polished to make the whole wall smooth, with even texture and no scratches, otherwise it will seriously affect the overall decoration effect.

After the primary treatment is completed, it is to brush latex paint (or wallpaper wall covering, diatom mud, texture paint, etc. ). The following are some elements that need to be compared when choosing latex paint:

After the foundation construction, even if the house design skeleton is completed, we can continue to install products according to our construction process: floor, integral kitchen cabinet, sanitary ware, custom wardrobe, wooden door, stairs, lamps, furniture, curtains and ornaments. ......

Are wall cloth and hard bag designed for manufacturers? It is also impossible. Don't waste my CAD brain cells ... pay special attention to the details of the socket panel. We don't have an installation scenario. Sister z sent us the picture at the first time, and the effect was good ~

It is very important to customize the installation of the whole wood product and deepen the work of wood designers. In this case, from the early product inspection to the later installation, all of them add up to more than 20 times of design communication (the person in charge of the product listens carefully to the design requirements every time ... For the combination of wood production and bathroom, in many cases, it is impossible to choose a suitable bathroom cabinet, so try to customize it (some bathroom brands can be customized or customized separately, in which case the countertops, basins and cabinets are customized by separate manufacturers, so make good cooperation in advance).

Stair handrails can be installed after large pieces of furniture are in place. In this case, choose glass+wooden handrails. The stair handrail on the third floor has two floors, one is the wiredrawing handrail to the top, and the other is the glass handrail. The stair repairman did a beautiful job! The stair lights here are really difficult to install ~
