Is software testing suitable for boys or girls?

Software testing is to find out bugs in software development, and a direct requirement is to be careful!

It is recognized that most girls are more cautious than boys. One direct reason is that girls think too much.

But in the software testing industry, one needs to find out most key problems carefully, and the other needs to find out some related problems logically. Most companies test girls. I think most of them are because of the former, trying to find more software bugs to prevent too many mistakes after the release of the version, resulting in the loss of users!

And some related issues, they think, are not so important, because users will not look for software problems like gold panning. Because most of the problems in the software were discovered by the tested MM and solved by the programmer GG, the software is proved to be reliable.

But a rigorous company should try its best to minimize the error rate, or even zero. This requires not only careful testing, but also strong logic. If you are a cautious and logical person, you are most suitable for this position.

Another reason is that there may be more men in software companies and some women are needed to neutralize them. Software testing needs to communicate with programmers. A MM communication is not as good as a GG!

It is worth noting that most of the directors of software testing departments are also men!

To sum up, the software testing industry can't be determined by gender, but depends on personal personality and company needs!
