China Telecom wants to recruit computer and communication majors, but other majors can't apply?

China Telecom cannot apply for other majors such as computer and communication. China telecom operators generally require a bachelor's degree or above, and focus on recruiting graduates majoring in communication, network, computer, internet and information technology. China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom recruit quite a few people every year, and the recruitment requirements are basically the same.
