Sichuan Ya 'an Archives School is an ordinary public middle school, a national key middle school, a provincial key middle school and a national secretarial professional pilot school approved by the Ministry of Education. At the same time, it is also the Sichuan Provincial Archives Cadre Training Center (Basic Department) and the designated school for the national secretary professional qualification appraisal training and examination.

The specialty setting school of Sichuan Ya 'an Archives School integrates five-year higher vocational education (3+2 junior college), two-year high school technical secondary school, three-year technical secondary school and on-the-job archives cadre training.
