What if the new unit fails to pay insurance after receiving unemployment benefits?

In this case, the only way is to stop paying unemployment benefits or negotiate with employers. Because during the period of receiving unemployment benefits, if you work, unemployment benefits will be suspended, because the new unit has not paid pension insurance, and the unemployment department does not know that it has not stopped receiving unemployment benefits, that is, it will continue to receive unemployment benefits. If the new unit pays you old-age insurance and unemployment insurance is suspended, you can continue to receive unemployment benefits if you are unemployed again. If you have these contracts (agreements), you can report them to the sub-district office of the employer, hoping to get the help of the personnel in charge of labor management affairs in the sub-district office.
