2065438+Since March 3, 2007, Hangzhou has implemented the new house purchase policy.

Suspend the sale of new commercial housing and second-hand housing to the following families within the urban area:

Households with household registration in this city that already own 2 or more houses;

Non-local households with 1 set or more houses;

Non-local registered families who can't provide proof of continuous payment of personal income tax or social insurance (urban social insurance) for more than 2 years in this city within the first 3 years from the date of purchase (non-local registered families can't buy houses by paying personal income tax or social insurance).

The urban areas include Shangcheng District, Xiacheng District, Jianggan District, Gongshu District, Xihu District, Hangzhou High-tech Development Zone (Binjiang), Hangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, Hangzhou Zhijiang National Tourism Resort, Xiaoshan District, Yuhang District, Fuyang District and Dajiangdong Industrial Cluster.

In other words, foreigners have to pay social security or personal income tax continuously for more than 2 years when buying a house in Hangzhou, and they are limited to one set. Local registered families in Hangzhou can buy up to two houses, and the third one is restricted.

Therefore, you can't buy a house in Hangzhou without paying social security or personal income tax for more than 2 years.
